POLICIES

• All group class packs are booked directly through MindBody. 
• Once classes reach capacity, registration closes until a spot opens up.
• Class Packs allow you to book your classes based on your schedule and provide the flexibility to move your training days around.
• Class Packs are valid for 60 days from the date of your first class.
• A Single Class Pass may be purchased for any class with an available spot.

 ELVT Studio has a 12-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

• You may cancel or move your reservation to another available class at no charge when changes are made at least 12 hours before your scheduled class.
• Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class are considered a late cancellation and are subject to a $10 late cancellation fee.
• No-shows are also subject to a $10 fee.
• Late cancellation and no-show fees are separate from the cost of your Class Pack or Unlimited Membership and will be charged to the payment method on file.

• To ensure safety and class flow, please arrive 5–10 minutes early.
• Anyone arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be permitted to join the session for safety reasons.

• Please notify your trainer of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before class begins.
• Proper gym attire and clean indoor shoes are required.
• Respect the space, equipment, and others at all times — ELVT Studio is a judgment-free zone.

• Participation in fitness training at ELVT Studio involves inherent risks. Coaches provide instruction and guidance to support safe and effective movement; however, clients acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at their own risk.
• ELVT Studio and its trainers are not liable for injuries that may occur during or as a result of participation in training activities. All clients are required to complete and sign a separate waiver prior to participation.
