Nicole is a certified personal trainer with a specialization in nutrition through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Nicole discovered her passion for fitness in 2020 and has been dedicated to coaching women for the past five years.
Nicole believes that fitness goes far beyond physical strength — it plays a vital role in mental well-being. Regular exercise helps reduce stress, anxiety, and symptoms of depression by stimulating the release of endorphins — “feel-good” hormones — which boost mood and create a sense of well-being.
Through strength-based training and intentional coaching, Nicole has helped women across Ottawa become stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies. At ELVT Studio, her mission is to create a space where women feel empowered, supported, and capable of becoming their strongest version — both physically and mentally.
Aurélie is a certified personal trainer and the founder of A3 Training, launched in 2021. She has coached 70+ women through personal training, group sessions, and custom programs across Ottawa and Montreal. With certifications in CanFit Pro and Pain-Free Performance, and as an aspiring physiotherapist, her coaching blends strength training with rehab-based principles.
She specializes in helping women build strength, confidence, and sustainable body recomposition, while creating inclusive, community-driven training spaces.
