This class is designed to target your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and core through a mix of strength-based movements and progressive overload. You’ll learn proper form, challenge your lower body with dumbbells and barbells, and build strength week after week.
All levels are welcome — every exercise can be modified to meet you where you are.

Focus on building a stronger, more balanced upper body while improving posture and core stability. This class trains your shoulders, chest, back, lats, and arms using controlled, functional movements that develop definition and overall strength.
All levels are — whether you’re just starting out or looking to push heavier weights.

Full Body Class

A dynamic class that combines lower and upper body training with bursts of cardio and conditioning for a total-body challenge. Expect to lift, move, and sweat through strength circuits designed to boost endurance, coordination, and overall performance.
All levels are welcome — modifications and progressions are provided to match your pace.
