Lower Body Classes


Focus on building a stronger, more balanced upper body while improving posture and core stability. This class trains your shoulders, chest, back, lats, and arms using controlled, functional movements that develop definition and overall strength.
All levels are — whether you’re just starting out or looking to push heavier weights.

Upper Body Class

Focus on building a stronger, more balanced upper body while improving posture and core stability. This class trains your shoulders, chest, back, lats, and arms using controlled, functional movements that develop definition and overall strength.

Full Body Conditioning

Full Body Conditioning combines strength training with continuous movement and shorter rest periods.
Classes include a mix of weighted exercises and conditioning-based movements such as bikes, battle ropes, toe taps, and mountain climbers to improve stamina, support fat loss, and build overall conditioning.
This class is ideal for those looking to move more, challenge their endurance, and support weight-loss goals while still training with weights.
