Yes! There is free parking after 5:30PM on weekdays and free parking all day on weekends for ELVT Studio members.
Each group class is intentionally kept small — typically 5 to 8 people per session — to ensure proper form, attention, and a personalized experience.

Yes — at the moment, all classes are women-only. We’re proud to provide a comfortable, empowering environment for women to train confidently and build strength.
However, we’ll be adding co-ed classes soon, so stay tuned for updates!
Yes! Starting December, we’ll be adding morning sessions between 6AM and 10AM for those who prefer to train early. The updated schedule will be posted on the website as soon as new spots open.
All classes run on a monthly membership basis for consistent progress. However, if there’s an open spot, you’re welcome to join as a drop-in.
To join monthly, simply fill out the application form, or check the schedule for current drop-in availability.
